HOW LONG IS A MUSIC THERAPY SESSION?

Duration of sessions vary! This may depend on age, for example. An appropriate amount of time for a preschool group may be 30 minutes while we may recommend a private adult session to be 60 minutes.

DO I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO SING OR PLAY AN INSTRUMENT?

Not at all! Music therapy is perfect for all abilities and is creative in the ways we use LIVE music. We directly support NON musical goals such as academic skills, appropriate behavior, social skills, communication, quality of life, or overall development.
